Apple App Store Purchases
If you purchased a subscription, feature, or other digital content through the Apple App Store, refunds are governed by Apple’s refund policy and are processed directly by Apple.
We do not have the ability to issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
To request a refund, please follow Apple’s instructions:
- Visit Apple’s “Report a Problem” page.
- Sign in with the Apple ID used to make the purchase.
- Select the purchase and request a refund.
Refund eligibility and approval are determined solely by Apple, in accordance with their terms and conditions.
